This program is the first of its kind in Lebanon and was launched in 2000. It provides legal assistance to refugees and asylum seekers, from diverse nationalities, throughout their refugee status determination process before the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Our tireless advocacy efforts aim to bring legal and policy changes that foster improved protection for vulnerable populations. We also offer comprehensive training on refugee law, equipping individuals and organizations with the necessary knowledge to make a lasting impact.

This program is Lebanon’s first and only comprehensive program on statelessness and it has been operating since 2006. It addresses the plight of stateless individuals who are amongst the country's most vulnerable populations. We aim to identify stateless individuals, prevent statelessness, protect stateless persons, and reduce statelessness, through strategic litigation, legal aid, research, and advocacy for legal and policy reforms. We also offer professional training and capacity building on statelessness and protection of stateless persons, equipping individuals and organizations with the necessary knowledge to make a lasting impact. 

A leading program committed to achieving accountability for victims of the devastating Beirut Port Blast, with a special focus on foreign nationals affected by this tragedy. This program brings together legal experts, human rights advocates, and dedicated professionals to tirelessly pursue justice for those who have suffered immeasurable loss and harm. Through comprehensive legal support, evidence gathering, and advocacy efforts, we strive to ensure that the perpetrators are held accountable, and victims receive the reparations they rightfully deserve.

The community-based protection program for stateless persons is dedicated to providing a safe haven and support network for those who lack nationality or citizenship. Together, we strive to ensure their protection, rights, and well-being, promote inclusivity, and foster a compassionate community that stands up for each other's rights and dignity. 

Our comprehensive Capacity Building Program is specifically designed for NGOs and groups and is dedicated to supporting migrant workers in Lebanon. This program equips participants with essential skills and enhances their ability to assist and advocate for migrant workers effectively. Through interactive workshops, training sessions, and resource materials, participants will learn how to advocate for the rights and protection of migrant workers. They will also learn how to drive legal reforms to ensure their fair treatment and improved working conditions.
